U.S. Royal Golf Ball: Special Electronic

A rare find! A U.S. Royal Special Electronic with Cadwell gel cover.
I believe it is a Cadwell gel cover. See Pics below:

Pictured below, you'll see detailed ball markings. Cadwell is easy to make out, however what follows appears to have letters G and E, with the last letter or two obscured a bit....you decide.
